We turn reactive, burnt-out managers into confident, knowledgeable leaders who inspire high-performing teams.
Are you a first-time people manager?
Or do you run a business with emerging leaders?
Welcome. You’re in the right place.
Master of Mondays is designed for new managers, people navigating leadership, and founders hiring their first few employees.
The people who are smart, capable, and really good at what they do, but were never formally taught how to lead people.
Because people management isn't something you're supposed to magically know.
It's a skill. One that can be learned.
And when you have the right tools, frameworks and support, work starts feeling a whole lot easier.
No more winging it. No more leaning on AI to solve complex people issues.
Just practical tools that help you become the kind of leader your team actually wants to follow.
Made by a busy manager (and business owner), for other busy managers.
How does it work?
The 6-week online immersion ‘Mastering People Management’ is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Let's be honest. Most online education start with good intentions.
You sign up feeling motivated, watch two modules, save the workbook "for later"… and six months later it's sitting somewhere deep in your inbox.
Not because you don't care. Because you're busy.
When you're already juggling your own workload and trying to manage people for the first time, another self-paced course usually becomes just another thing on the to-do list.
Master of Mondays was built differently.
This is a guided 6-week leadership immersion designed for real humans with real jobs. No subscriptions. No ongoing payments. No library of 87 videos you'll never finish.
One payment. One cohort. Six weeks. Live support. Done.
You'll move through the experience with a group of managers navigating the same challenges as you, with structure, accountability and support built in every step of the way.
Because leadership isn't learned by consuming information.
It's learned by doing.
And the weekly commitment? Just 60-90 minutes per week.
Enough to create real change without becoming another overwhelming commitment.
Have a peek inside the experience:
Monday or Tuesday: Watch your short, practical learning module.
No long lectures or theory-heavy content. Just short, sharp lessons designed for busy managers (by a busy manager).
Mid-week: Try it in real life.
Use what you've learned immediately with your own team. Test the framework. Have the conversation. Practice the skill.
Friday: Reflect, ask questions and learn alongside your cohort.
Join a live Q&A session to unpack challenges, celebrate wins and get support when real life doesn't go exactly to plan.
Along the way you'll also get:
A personalised leadership personality profile so you understand your strengths and blind spots
Practical worksheets and tools that help you implement, not just consume
A buddy system or small peer groups so you're not figuring this out alone
A private Circle community for support, questions and connection between sessions
Across the six weeks you'll build confidence in your leadership style, learn how to stop constantly reacting, navigate feedback and hard conversations, set expectations that create accountability, delegate more effectively, and grow a team that doesn't rely on you for every answer.
By the end, the goal isn't just that you've finished a course.
It's that you've actually become a better leader.

Your teacher
Mon Moore is a modern HR leader and coach who helps managers build confidence and capability in real time, not theory. With over a decade in HR and leadership consulting, she has coached hundreds of managers through the moments that matter: performance challenges, tough conversations, hiring decisions, and building strong team cultures.
As the founder of Monday HR, Mon doesn’t just advise, she leads. She also directly employs over 100 people in her hospitality (Besk) and retail (MANE) businesses, based in Perth, WA.
She manages her own team, makes real hiring and pay decisions, and supports businesses experiencing fast growth. Her guidance is grounded in what actually works, not outdated frameworks.
Mon’s edge is proximity. She’s only a few steps ahead of her clients, immersed in the same fast-moving, digital-first workplace. She is constantly upskilling, testing new tools, and refining her approach with real teams.
Her coaching within Master of Mondays is direct, practical, and immediately actionable, giving managers the knowledge and confidence to lead well, even in the most challenging human situations.
Join us in July and work alongside Mon to bring Mastering People Management to life.
Student feedback
Mastering People Management has already been delivered to 30+ managers in person.
Here’s what they said:
"It gave me a script for the parts of management I find most uncomfortable. It takes the emotion out of it and makes it about the process."
"Asking questions of staff that make them think for themselves – it's something I used to do, stopped, and since starting again, it has definitely lessened the workload.”
“Learning how to have difficult conversations and how to frame them. Knowing I can be kind but not nice.”
